Hi there! My name is Katie. I’m a musician and graphic designer based in Atlanta, GA.

It’s definitely cliche to describe myself this way, but creativity has always defined what I do and how I view the world. If I was completing math homework, there were always accompanying doodles. If I was on summer break, I was making books out of cardboard and construction paper and creating elaborately interactive powerpoints for my favorite bands. Doing anything without “creating” just doesn’t feel right.

One thing I love about being a designer is that I of course get to put that creative spirit to work- but more than that, I don’t exist in a vacuum; I get to collaborate with others and share in the artistic process with individuals that have unique perspectives and ideas. Whether it’s bringing a new brand to visual fruition or solving complex interactive experiences, I always hope and aim to design in ways that inspire, create positive change, and bring people together. Another cliche is having an ethos, and this is mine: design is fun and it’s for everyone.
